The future isn't neutral: Race, fairness and equality in the age of AI

6th Annual Black History Month Lecture

Wednesday, 21 October 2026

Venue: The Hub, Kellogg College, Oxford

Join us for Kellogg College’s Black History Month Lecture featuring Landé Belo, one of the UK’s leading experts on employment law, equality, and organisational change. In her lecture,  Landé will explore one of the defining issues of our time: how artificial intelligence is reshaping the workplace, who benefits from these technologies, and how we can ensure they advance equality rather than entrench existing biases.

You can find more details and register here: https://www.kellogg.ox.ac.uk/events/race-fairness-and-equality-in-the-age-of-ai/

The event is free and open to the public, with tea and coffee available beforehand and a drinks reception afterwards.
