New appointments
Pietro Corsi (formerly Professor of the History of Science at the University of Paris I-Sorbonne) was appointed Professor of the History of Science from October 2006, following the retirement of Robert Fox.
Peter Harrison was appointed Andreas Idreos Professor of Science and Religion from January 2007.
The History of Science, Medicine, and Technology group was joined in October 2005 by two new lecturers. These are Dr Sloan Mahone, University Lecturer in the History of Medicine and Fellow of St Cross College, and Dr Howard Hotson, CUF Lecturer in History and Fellow of St Anne's College.
Marconi Collection
