Dr Hubert Stadler (MLitt (Oxon.) DPhil (Munich))

Hubert is secretary to the Graduate Studies Committee and provides the usual secretarial support and policy and regulations advice to the chair of the committee who is the Director of Graduate Studies and the Coordinator of Graduate Admissions. Hubert manages the Faculty's Graduate Office.

As Graduate Administrative Officer of the History Faculty, Hubert is the key Graduate Subject Administrator  for History,  Late Antique and Byzantine Studies, Medieval Studies, History of Art, Economic and Social History, and History of Science and Medicine within the University's graduate operation.  In this function he works closely with relevant sections of the University's Academic Administration, notably the Graduate Admissions Office, Education Policy Support Section, Student Records Office, Humanities Division, Taught Degree and Research Degree Examination Offices.
